As a result of reorganising the trade operations in the company, the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS SA (in relation to the information presented in the Issue Prospectus) informs that on 5 August 2005, upon mutual consent of the parties, the agreement signed on 14 December 2001 between Grupa LOTOS SA and FALCO Mazurkiewicz, Gwiazda Sp. J was terminated. The subject of the agreement is the sales of liquid fuels. The reason why Grupa LOTOS SA has terminated the agreement is the process of reorganising the company's trade operations, as discussed in the Issue Prospectus, where one of the elements is to move the fuel wholesale activity from Grupa LOTOS SA to its subsidiary business LOTOS Paliwa Sp. z o.o. As part of the process, the existing agreements with Grupa LOTOS SA are terminated and then signed with LOTOS Paliwa Sp. z o.o., with the same scope of cooperation. Therefore, the company does not expect any material financial effects of the termination on the consolidated operations of the Group.
