The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. in relation to par. 24 of the Regulations of Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) hereby reports that the Series C shares of Grupa LOTOS SA have not been approved for trading and for listing on the WSE in the period of 6 months from the date of completion of the subscription.

The Management Board also informs that in accordance with resolution no. 35 of the Annual General Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. of 30th June 2009, there are plans of introducing the series C shares, issued in the form of private subscription addressed to the State Treasury, for trading, and that works in the preparation of the prospectus of the Company, which approval will enable applying for approval of the abovementioned shares for trading and for listing these shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, are underway.
