The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby reports that today, i.e. February 11th 2010, the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. removed from office:

-Mr Mariusz Obszyński – Secretary of the Supervisory Board,                    -Mr Radosław Barszcz, Member of the Supervisory Board,
-Mr Jan Stefanowicz, Member of the Supervisory Board.

Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting has not announced any reason for the removal from office the above mentioned persons.
