The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS SA hereby reports that on 29th March 2010 Mr. Ireneusz Fąfara, Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A., made a statement about his resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. Mr. Ireneusz Fąfara stated new professional challenges as a reason for his resignation.
