The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby reports that the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (WSE) by virtue of Resolution No. 16/2011 of January 4th 2011 decided to admit  to stock-exchange on January 10th 2011 trading of 16.173.362 Series C ordinary shares of Grupa LOTOS S.A. with a par value of PLN 1 per share.

Based on the above-mentioned resolution the WSE Board has decided to introduce to stock-exchange trading of the above referred Series C shares of the company, Grupa LOTOS S.A. on January 10th 2011.

According to statements of the above mentioned Resolution the shares introduction to trading shall come into force if the Polish National Depository for Securities S.A. (NDS) registers shares under ISIN code PLLOTOS00025 on January 10th 2011.

The legal basis for the publication of this report is Par. 34.1.2 and Par. 34.1.4 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009.
