The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby presents the dates of release of periodic reports by Grupa LOTOS S.A. in 2011.
A consolidated quarterly report for:
- Q4 2010 – February 15th 2011
- Q1 2011 – May 11th 2011
- Q3 2011 – November 3rd 2011
Consolidated semi-annual report of the LOTOS Group for the first half of 2011 – August 25th 2010
Non-consolidated annual report of Grupa LOTOS S.A. for 2010 – April 15th 2011
Consolidated annual report of the LOTOS Group for 2010 – April 15th 2011
The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby announces that pursuant to Par. 101.2 of the  Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259)  (hereinafter “the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information of February 19th 2009), Grupa LOTOS S.A. will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2010.
The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby announces that pursuant to Par. 83.1 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information of February 19th 2009, consolidated quarterly reports of the LOTOS Group will comprise:
- quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements of the LOTOS Group
- quarterly financial information of Grupa LOTOS S.A.
Pursuant to Par. 83.1 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information of February 19th 2009, the consolidated semi-annual report of the LOTOS Group will comprise:
- semi-annual condensed financial statements of Grupa LOTOS S.A.
- semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements of the LOTOS Group

Legal basis: Par. 83.1 and Par. 103.1 of the of the  Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259).
