On December 20th 2012, Grupa LOTOS S.A. (Grupa LOTOS, Company) received a decision issued by the District Court for Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, concerning registration on December 17th 2012 of amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, introduced on November 28th 2011 by way of Resolutions No. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the Extraordinary Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. (See Current Report No. 40/2012 of November 28th 2011).

The Management Board is publishing the consolidated text of Grupa LOTOS S.A.’s amended Articles of Association, approved by the Supervisory Board on December 21st 2012, along with a list of amended articles.

The legal basis for publication of this Current Report is Par. 38.1.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009.
