The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. reports that on January 15th 2007 Grupa LOTOS S.A. sold 35 shares in Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Usługowe BiproRaf Sp. z o.o. (PPU BiproRaf Sp. z o.o.). to KTI Poland S.A. of Warsaw. The equal and indivisible shares with the aggregate par value of PLN 35,000 represented 50% of the share capital of PPU BiproRaf Sp. z o.o. and were classified as a current investment by Grupa LOTOS S.A. Grupa LOTOS S.A. sold its stake in BiproRaf Sp. z o.o. for PLN 2,750,000. The transaction was concluded as part of the programme aimed at streamlining the LOTOS Group’s structure. There exist no links between KTI Poland S.A. and Grupa LOTOS S.A. or its management or supervisory staff. The sold financial assets are considered significant as they represent over 20% of the share capital of PPU BiproRaf Sp. z o.o.
