The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. announces that in the period from April16th 2014 to March 11th 2015 Grupa LOTOS S.A. entered into contracts with the TOTAL Group for an aggregate value of approximately PLN 692m, i.e. the value of a significant contract (more than 10% of the equity of Grupa LOTOS S.A.).

On April 14th 2014, Grupa LOTOS S.A. and TOTSA Total Oil Trading SA concluded a spot contract for the purchase of crude oil from TOTSA Total Oil Trading SA. This was the highest-value contract among the abovementioned contracts with the TOTAL Group. The estimated value of the contract of April 14th 2014 is PLN 117m. The contract does not include any condition or date precedent or provide for any contractual penalties, and its terms and conditions do not differ from the terms and conditions commonly applied in contracts of this type.
