Further to Current Report No. 1/2017 of January 4th 2017, the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”) announces a change of the issue date of the Company’s consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017.

The issue date of the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017 specified in Current Report No. 1/2017 was April 27th 2017.

The new issue date of the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017 is April 26th 2017.

This current report is published pursuant to Par. 103.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009.
