Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today, i.e. on May 29th 2018, the Company’s Management Board passed a resolution to recommend to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of PLN 184,873,362.00, or PLN 1.00 per share, be paid from the net profit earned by the Company in 2017.

The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. also proposed September 12th 2018 as the dividend record date and September 28th 2018 as the dividend payment date.
Furthermore, today the Supervisory Board of the Company issued a positive opinion on the Management Board’s recommendation and its grounds.

A final decision on the distribution of profit and payment of dividend will be made by the Annual General Meeting.
