The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. reports that today the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. has adopted a resolution on the distribution of Grupa LOTOS S.A.’s net profit for 2006. Pursuant to the resolution: PLN 365,781,884.93 has been allocated to the reserve funds, PLN 40,932,000 (PLN 0.36 per share) has been allocated for dividend payment. The dividend record date has been set as the 14th day following the date of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A., while the dividend payment date has been set at no later than July 31st 2007.
