As a supplement to the information published yesterday in Current Report No. 37/2006, the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby reports that the statement made by Jan Szomburg, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A., on June 16th 2006 contains his resignation from duties both as the Chairman and a Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A.
