In connection with a decision of the District Court Gdańsk-Północ of Gdańsk, concerning the registration of amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, issued on October 13th 2005 and received yesterday, the Executive Board of Grupa LOTOS SA hereby publishes the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association containing the abovementioned amendments.
