The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby reports that today it received the decision issued by the District Court for Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, concerning the registration on August 11th 2008 of an amendment to Par. 15.2 of the Articles of Association of the Company, made by virtue of Resolution No. 32 of the General Shareholders Meeting of June 30th 2008.

In Par. 15.2 the following text was deleted:

“Liabilities and assets with the value of up to fifty thousand złoty may be contracted or disposed of on the basis of a declaration of will made and signed by a single Member of the Management Board”

and replaced with the following:

“Liabilities and assets with the value of up to one hundred thousand złoty may be contracted or disposed of on the basis of a declaration of will made and signed by a single Member of the Management Board”.

The remaining provisions of the Articles of Association remain unchanged.
The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. also publishes the amended consolidated text of the Articles of Association of Grupa LOTOS S.A., which is attached hereto.
