In connection to the current report No. 82/2009 of November 7th 2005, on execution of the agreement signed for an indefinite period between LOTOS Paliwa Sp. z o.o. (wholly owned by Grupa LOTOS S.A.) and Pol Miedź-Trans Sp. z o.o., for liquid fuels sales and supply by Grupa LOTOS S.A. to Pol Miedź-Trans Sp. z o.o., the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby reports that today, i.e. November 27th 2009, the parties signed an Annex to the above mentioned agreement.

 
The annex changes the agreement’s validity terms to 3 years period from December 1st 2009 to December 1st 2012, other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged in general.

 
In specified by the annex validity period, the estimated net value of the agreement is PLN 654.5 million and exceeds 10% of Grupa LOTOS S.A.’s equity and therefore fulfills the significant agreement criteria.

 
The legal basis for the publication of this Current Report is Par. 5.1.3 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009.
