In connection with Current Report No. 4/2009 of February 11th 2009, the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby publishes information on the outcome of implementation of the Anti-Crisis Package in 2009:

- LOTOS Group’s cost savings in 2009, originally planned at PLN 170m, closed at PLN 252.5m;

- Suspended or abandoned capital expenditure planned for 2009 was PLN 470.1, while the originally planned amount was approx. PLN 220m.

The primary objectives of the Anti-Crisis Package was to ensure implementation of those investment programmes which were of key importance for Grupa LOTOS S.A. and its future shareholder value, and to secure the Company’s liquidity in 2009.
