Information regarding the introduction to trading of the rights to series D shares of Grupa LOTOS S.A.

The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”) hereby gives notice that on 11 December 2014 the Management Board became aware about the resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) No. 1396/2014 of 11 December 2014, pursuant to which the Management Board of the WSE decided to introduce, as of 12 December 2014 and pursuant to a standard procedure, to trading on the main market of the WSE 55,000,000 rights to ordinary bearer series D shares with the nominal value of PLN 1 (one) each (the “Rights to Shares”) and bearing the code of PLLOTOS00074 assigned to them by the National Depository for Securities. The Rights to Shares will be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name of LOTOS-PDA and designated as LTSA. 

This current report is being released pursuant to § 34 Section 1 Clause 2 and 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reports issued by issuers of securities and on the conditions of accepting as equivalent the information required by the regulations of a state that is not a member state.
