With reference to Current Report No. 29/2015 of October 14th 2015, Current Report No. 1/2016 of January 7th 2016 and Current Report No. 8/2016 of February 4th 2016, the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. (“Company”) announces that on June 8th 2016 the Provincial Administrative Court of Gdańsk dismissed the Company’s complaint against the decision of Director of Tax Chamber in Gdańsk dated December 29th 2015 concerning the settlement of VAT tax for individual months of 2010. The Company has the right to lodge a cassation complaint to the Supreme Administrative Court of Warsaw. After it reviews the written statement of reasons for the ruling, the Company will decide whether to lodge a cassation complaint.
