Exceeding of 5% of total vote in Grupa LOTOS S.A. by Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU Złota Jesień
The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today it received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU Złota Jesień (the “Fund”), to the effect that following the settlement of the transaction executed on October 20th 2016, the Fund increased its share in the total vote at the Company’s General Meeting to more than 5%.
The notification is attached as an appendix to this report.
