Having received, on February 6th 2017, preliminary estimates of the LOTOS Group’s 2016 consolidated operating results, the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. has resolved to publish the information:

• Estimated consolidated revenue: PLN 20,9 bn
• Estimated consolidated EBIT: PLN 1,8 bn
• Estimated consolidated EBITDA: PLN 2,8 bn  
• Estimated consolidated normalised LIFO-based EBITDA: PLN 2,6 bn

The consolidated financial accounts are yet to be audited. The amounts presented above are initial estimates, subject to revision. The consolidated annual report for 2016 will be issued on March 7th 2017.
