Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”) announces that in Current Report No. 39/2019 of December 6th 2019 the Company erroneously stated that the execution date of the annex to the letter of intent on financing of the “Polimery Police” investment project was December 13th 2019.

Meanwhile, the annex was executed on December 6th 2019.

Save as stated above, the contents of the current report remain unchanged.
