Grupa LOTOS S.A. was awarded a distinction in the ranking "ESG Analysis of Companies in Poland”, prepared by the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers in cooperation with Accreo Taxand and GES consultancies.

The project is held under the patronage of the Ministry of State Treasury as part of the Civic Ownership campaign, the Financial Supervision Authority, and the Association of Retail Investors.
- The aim behind the project is to enhance the transparency of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This educational initiative is designed to prepare issuers and financial sector entities to potential changes in legislation and the approaching market trends in reporting non-financial data - said Mirosław Kachniewski, Head of the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers.

The ESG Analysis of Companies in Poland is a unique project not only in Poland, but also when compared with corporate social responsibility initiative at the international level. The project serves to increase the transparency of non-financial data reporting at companies and provide reliable non-financial data to analysts, investors and other stakeholders. The project is educational in nature, and various initiatives held under its framework are meant by the organisers to draw the attention of company staff to non-financial data reporting.
Thanks to the distinction in the ranking "ESG Analysis of Companies in Poland", LOTOS has reinforced its presence in the group of issuers demonstrating the largest transparency in disclosure of non-financial data relating to environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance.
