Following the completion of the recruitment procedure for the position of President of the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”), the Company announces that on December 7th 2020 its Supervisory Board appointed Ms Zofia Maria Paryła as President of the Management Board of the 10th joint term of office, with effect from December 7th 2020.

Since July 25th 2019, Ms Zofia Maria Paryła has served as Vice President of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer, member of the Management Board of the 10th term of office, and on November 12th 2020, the Supervisory Board appointed her acting President of the Management Board.

Ms Zofia Maria Paryła is a graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) offered by the Apsley Business School of London and Collegium Humanum, Warsaw Management University. She holds an MA degree from the Cracow University of Economics, having completed accounting studies at the Management Department.

Ms Paryła started her professional career in 1985, at Krajowa Państwowa Komunikacja Samochodowa (public transport company) of Kraków. In 1997–2017, she worked in private sector, including as Chief Accountant in 2010–2017. Then, for two years, Ms Paryła served as Vice President of the Management Board at Energa Centrum Usług Wspólnych Sp. z o.o.

Ms Paryła holds numerous certificates confirming her management and accounting skills, as well as a certificate confirming completion of training for candidates for members of supervisory bodies of state-owned companies.

Ms Paryła speaks English and Russian.

Ms Zofia Maria Paryła is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act on the National Court Register, she is not involved in any activity competing with Grupa LOTOS S.A.’s business, neither is she a partner in any partnerships, or member of corporate bodies of any corporations, or member of governing bodies of any other legal entities competing with Grupa LOTOS S.A.
