The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby reports that in connection with the entry into force on March 15th 2009 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a state which is not a member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz. U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259), the date of release of the consolidated semi-annual report of the LOTOS Group, announced in Grupa LOTOS S.A.’s Current Report No. 2 of January 30th 2009, has changed.

In addition, the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. reports that pursuant to Par. 101.2 of the said Regulation, Grupa LOTOS S.A. will not release a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2009.

The new dates of publication of Grupa LOTOS S.A.’s periodic reports in 2009 are as follows:

1. Quarterly reports:

- consolidated Q1 2009 report – May 14th 2009,
- consolidated Q3 2009 report – November 16th 2009.

2. H1 2009 semi-annual report:

- consolidated semi-annual report (presenting the consolidated semi-annual report along with the condensed semi-annual financial statements and the condensed supplementary information pursuant to Par. 83.3 of the said Regulation) – August 31st 2009.

3. Annual reports for 2008:

- Non-consolidated annual report for 2008 – April 28th 2009,
- Consolidated annual report for 2008 – April 28th 2009.

The legal basis for the publication of this report is Par. 103.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities, dated February 19th 2009.
