The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby publishes the amended consolidated text of the Articles of Association of Grupa LOTOS S.A., which was drawn up by the Supervisory Board of the Company on 17th July 2009 under the authorisation received from the Annual General Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. on June 30th 2009 in the Resolution No. 36.

Legal basis for the publication of this report: Par. 38.1.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009.
