Further to Current Report No. 20/2015 of June 30th 2015 concerning the execution of a conditional credit facility agreement between LOTOS Asfalt Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Grupa LOTOS S.A., and a syndicate of financial institutions comprising Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (financing under the Polish Investments Programme), Bank Millennium S.A., Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (coordinating the financing of the EFRA Project), Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A., Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. and Société Générale, under which supplementary funds necessary to finance the EFRA are to be raised, the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. announces that today the parties have signed the documents establishing security constituting part of the conditions precedent for the disbursement of funds under the credit facility agreement of June 30th 2015, such as agreements establishing registered and financial pledges over assets and bank accounts of LOTOS Asfalt Sp. z o.o., agreements establishing registered and financial pledges over shares in LOTOS Asfalt Sp. z o.o. held by Grupa LOTOS S.A., statements on establishment of mortgages on properties owned or held in perpetual usufruct by LOTOS Asfalt Sp. z o.o., as well as representations by Grupa LOTOS S.A. and LOTOS Asfalt Sp. z o.o., made in the form of notary deeds, on submission to enforcement pursuant to the provisions of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.

The credit facility will be disbursed once all the conditions precedent have been fulfilled.
