– Consolidated semi-annual report for 2016 – August 11th 2016

– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2016 – October 27th 2016              

Pursuant to Par. 102.1 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information, dated February 19th 2009, no report will be released for Q4 2015.

Pursuant to Par. 101.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information, dated February 19th 2009, no report will be released for Q2 2016.

The annual report for 2015 will comprise:

– Consolidated annual report of the LOTOS Group,
– Non-consolidated annual report of Grupa LOTOS S.A. 

Pursuant to Par. 83.1 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information, dated February 19th 2009, the consolidated quarterly reports of the LOTOS Group will comprise:

– quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements of the LOTOS Group,
– quarterly financial information of Grupa LOTOS S.A. 

Pursuant to Par. 83.3 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information, dated February 19th 2009, the consolidated semi-annual report of the LOTOS Group will comprise:

– semi-annual condensed financial statements of Grupa LOTOS S.A.,
– semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements of the LOTOS Group. 

The legal basis for the publication of this Current Report is Par. 83.1 and Par. 103.1 and Par. 103.3 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz. U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259).
