Annual General Meeting’s resolution on payment of dividend for 2016

The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. announces that on June 14th 2016, Grupa LOTOS S.A.’s Annual General Meeting passed a resolution on allocation of the Company’s 2016 profit. In particular, the Meeting resolved to distribute PLN 184,873,362.00 as dividend to the shareholders.

The dividend per share will be PLN 1 (gross).

The number of shares in respect of which the dividend will be paid is 184,873,362. The Annual General Meeting also set September 12th 2017 as the dividend record date and September 29th 2017 as the dividend payment date.

The legal basis for the publication of this Current Report is Par. 38.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009.
