The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby announces the release dates for periodic reports in the 2018 financial year:

Full-year report for 2017 – March 7th 2018

Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2018 – April 27th 2018

Consolidated report for the first half of 2018 – August 9th 2018

Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2018 – October 30th 2018.

As permitted by Par. 101.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information, dated February 19th 2009, reports for the second quarter of 2018 and the fourth quarter of 2017 will not be released.

 The full-year report for 2017 will contain:

- consolidated full-year report of the LOTOS Group

- separate full-year report of Grupa LOTOS S.A.

In accordance with Par. 83.1 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information, dated February 19th 2009, the consolidated quarterly reports of the LOTOS Group will contain:

- quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements of the LOTOS Group

- quarterly financial information of Grupa LOTOS S.A.

 In accordance with Par. 83.3 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information, dated February 19th 2009, the consolidated half-year report of the LOTOS Group will contain:

- half-year condensed financial statements of Grupa LOTOS S.A.

- half-year condensed consolidated financial statements of the LOTOS Group.

 The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. further announces that the Consolidated report on payments to governments will be released on March 7th 2018.

 Legal basis: Par. 83.1, Par. 101.10a and Par. 103.1 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259).
