Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today, i.e. April 29th 2019, the Company’s Management Board passed a resolution to recommend to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of PLN 554,620,086, or PLN 3 per share, be paid from the net profit earned by the Company in 2018 and that the remaining portion of the net profit, i.e. PLN 779,260,905.36, be allocated to the statutory reserve funds.

The Management Board also proposed September 12th 2019 as the dividend record date and September 27th 2019 as the dividend payment date.

A final decision on the distribution of profit and payment of dividend will be made by the Annual General Meeting.
