The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. ("Company") encloses the answer given to the shareholder of the Company.
On June 22nd 2020, the Company received a request from the shareholder to answer questions concerning provision of information about the Company’s planned equity investment, in the capacity of a joint sponsor, in the Polimery Police project (for more information, see Current Reports No. 12/2020 and 13/2020).
The request has been made in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company, convened for June 30th 2020, whose agenda includes passing a resolution to approve the acquisition by the Company of shares in Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. of Police (item 17 of the agenda).
Legal basis: Par. 19.1.12 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state of March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757).
