Grupa LOTOS S.A. ("the Company") announces that on March 2nd, 2021, Mr. Artur Cieślik resigned from the position of the Vice President of the Company’s Management Board, Chief Strategy and Development Officer with effect from March 15th, 2021, end of the day.

As the reason for his resignation, Mr Artur Cieślik indicated his appointment as the Vice President of the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A.
