Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the release date of the Company’s annual report for 2021, scheduled for March 16th 2022 according to the current report no 2/2022, will be postponed to March 23rd 2022.

The 2021 annual report will contain:

• consolidated annual report of the LOTOS Group

• separate annual report of Grupa LOTOS S.A.

Grupa LOTOS S.A. further announces that the ‘Consolidated report on payments to governments’ will be released on March 23rd 2022.

The other release dates of interim reports in 2022 remain unchanged.

Legal basis: Par. 80.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757).
