Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”) hereby publishes estimates of the Company’s operating results for the three months ended March 31st, 2022:

1. Estimated consolidated revenue: PLN 10.97bn

2. Estimated consolidated normalised LIFO-based EBITDA: PLN 1.33bn, including:

a. estimated normalised LIFO-based EBITDA of the refining and marketing segment: PLN 0.78bn,

b. estimated normalised EBITDA of the exploration and production segment: PLN 0.54bn.

3. Estimated consolidated net profit: PLN 1.22bn.

The Company announces that consolidated EBIT for the reporting period will be affected by the LIFO effect of PLN 0.84bn (increasing the reported figure).

The presented figures are initial estimates, subject to revision. The final amounts will be published in the report for Q1 2022, due to be issued on April 27th, 2022.
