Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”) publishes below the Company’s estimated consolidated operating results for the three months ended June 30th 2022.

Estimated consolidated revenue: PLN 16.41bn

Estimated consolidated normalised LIFO-based EBITDA: PLN 5.32bn, including:

estimated normalised LIFO-based EBITDA of the Refining & Marketing segment: PLN 4.82bn

estimated normalised LIFO-based EBITDA of the Exploration & Production segment: PLN 0.55bn

Estimated consolidated net profit: PLN 3.60bn

The LIFO effect in the reporting period on the estimated consolidated operating profit was PLN 0.04bn.

The figures presented are estimates and have not been reviewed by an auditor. The Company will not publish a consolidated interim report for the first half of 2022 in view of the acquisition of Grupa LOTOS S.A. by PKN Orlen S.A., which is being effected under Article 492.1.1 of the Commercial Companies Code through the transfer of all assets and liabilities of Grupa LOTOS (the Acquiree) to PKN ORLEN (the Acquirer), with a simultaneous increase in PKN ORLEN’s share capital through the issue of Merger Shares to be allotted by PKN ORLEN to the existing shareholders of Grupa LOTOS.
