The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby reports that on March 10th 2009 the Company received a resignation, with effect from today, by Mr. Piotr Chajderowski, Member of the Supervisory Board of the seventh term of office, from his position as member of the Supervisory Board of the seventh term of office.

Piotr Chajderowski stated that the reason for his resignation are professional duties which may significantly limit his activity on the Grupa LOTOS S.A.’s Supervisory Board of the seventh term of office.
