In connection with the information included in the Interim Condensed Financial Statements of the LOTOS Group for the three and twelve months ended December 31st 2009 concerning changes in the Company shares or rights to Company shares held by members of the Company Management Board or Supervisory Board, the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby reports that on February 23rd 2010 the Company received a representation by Mr Leszek Starosta, a Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A., to the effect that as at October 28th 2009 and February 18th 2010 he did not hold any shares in Grupa LOTOS S.A. and that in the period from October 28th 2009 to February 18th 2010 he effected no trades involving the Company shares.
