The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. hereby reports that by virtue of Resolution No. 895/10 of the Management Board of the Polish National Depository for Securities (the “Polish NDS”) from the 29th of December 2010, the Polish NDS decided to accept the deposit of 16,173,362 Series C ordinary bearer shares in Grupa LOTOS S.A. with a par value of PLN 1 per share, assigning them code No. PLLOTOS00025, provided that a decision is made by the market operator to introduce these shares to trading on the regulated market on which other Grupa LOTOS S.A. shares marked with code No. PLLOTOS00025 are traded.

Series C ordinary bearer shares in Grupa LOTOS S.A. will be registered with the Polish NDS within three days from the date of receipt by the Polish NDS of documents confirming the market operator's decision to introduce the shares to trading on the regulated market on which other Grupa LOTOS S.A. shares marked with code No. PLLOTOS00025 are traded, but not earlier than on the date specified in the decision as the date of introduction of the shares to trading on such market.

Information on the registration of Series C ordinary bearer shares, code No. PLLOTOS00025, will be published in the form an announcement of the Polish NDS.
