The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the “Company”), with reference to current report No. 35/2014 of 20 November 2014, gives notice that on 21 November 2014 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved supplement no. 2 to the Company’s issue prospectus (“Supplement No. 2”) concerning subscription by the State Treasury for all new shares in the Company it is entitled to in the exercise of its preemptive rights.
The Management Board of the Company releases the attached Supplement No. 2 to the public. Supplement No. 2 will also be made accessible to the public in the same manner in which the issue prospectus of the Company was made accessible, i.e., in an electronic format on the website of the Company (www.lotos.pl) and, additionally, for information purposes, on the website of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. Oddział – Dom Maklerski PKO Banku Polskiego w Warszawie (www.dm.pkobp.pl).
