The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. reports an editorial error in the name of the candidate for independent member of the Company's Supervisory Board, provided in Current Report No. 13/2015 of May 28th 2015.

The name given was Konstanty Dominirski,

whereas the candidate's name is Konstanty Donimirski.

Otherwise the text of the report remains unchanged.

Grupa LOTOS would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this error.
