The Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. reports that, pursuant to a resolution adopted on July 31st 2015, the Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. decided to continue cooperation with Ernst & Young Audyt Polska Sp. z o.o. spółka komandytowa  (sp. k.) within the scope of auditing standalone and consolidated financial statements of Grupa LOTOS S.A. and financial statements of its selected subsidiaries for 2016-2017.

Ernst & Young Audyt Polska Sp. z o.o sp.k., with registered office at Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw, entered in the register of entities qualified to audit financial statements maintained by the National Board of Chartered Auditors under entry No. 130

The agreement with the qualified auditor will be concluded for a period allowing for the execution of the agreement.

Ernst & Young Audyt Polska Sp. z o.o sp.k. has audited the financial statements of Grupa LOTOS S.A. and its capital group for the years 2010-2015.
